@Jord-Magenta-Frog#218919 Klachten? If youβre using card payments on bunq.me for Business purposes, I would recommend you to review the bunq TOS for Business accounts once again. You can use iDEAL payments and the other payment methods for Business payments, but card payments is something that at least at the moment you would have to use an external PSP like Stripe, Adyen or Mollie for.
Anyway card payments should still of course work fine. I havenβt seen any other recent reports here on Together so you might also want to report this via Private Support by going to the [Profile] tab > [Menu] π > [Get Private Support]. They should be able to look into this.

@Jord-Magenta-Frog#218922 Sorry if my wording was confusing. Let's try again, I'll try to be more specific:
1) Credit card payments on bunq.me pages and for payment requests should work fine and I haven't recently seen reports of them failing more than usual. My recommendation here would be to contact Private Support and see if they have more info, as not all bug reporting is public here on the forums.
2) Regardless of whether card payments work fine or not, if you look into the bunq Terms of Service at chapter 19, you'll find the following:
Card payments via payment requests and bunq.me are intended for personal use only, please refrain from using this type of payment for business transactions.
I just wanted to make you aware of this because in your original post it sounded like you might be trying to use card payments for business purposes.

Hi. Card payment has been ok since Wednesday but I tried getting card payment through Bunk this past Friday and today and a omerhing is wrong.

Please note that we did have an issue with bunq.me payments over the weekend that included a never ending loading screen. This was hotfixed earlier today and you should experience no further issues with that specific bug.
As for the card payments via bunq.me links, please note that they are indeed intended for personal use and not for business purposes. For that you can use regular payment requests or direct debits.

Multiple credit cards are not working to pay bunq.me links. This is a bug. I get white screens or error messages. This function is simply not working in my case. I have asked for private support but my request was picked and then is ignored. Why having this function of it does not work and you guys are not willing to solve the issue?

I checked and I see you reported this to us a couple of months ago, but the issue was on Mastercard's end, not on ours. You should have received an update back then. If what you're experiencing now is different, please let us know in the support chat, in details and please include a screenshot, so we can make a proper report to our developers.
