  • Improve friends/favorites to save, FIND and edit important bank contacts

Please enhance friends/favorites so that it actually makes handling those contacts easier. Currently its very cumbersome to manage those contacts. Why is there no view where i can create / edit contacts?
Why is there no way to add a custom name or description? I have often trouble to select the right foreign account even because it only shows my name but not what this account is actually for. Example: Multiple stock / Investment accounts where im the owner.

Dear bung Team! It would be awesome if you could actually begin to work on banking features again instead of improve the planting of trees. Trees are important and nice but i have the feeling that everything is about trees in the last year.

    Profile tab > Settings (top right) > Manage pinned contacts / Manage saved contacts. There you can add new contacts and delete contacts. No easy way to edit except for deleting and creating a new one.

    For the rest I definitely agree 👍 Savings accounts, investment accounts, credit card bill payments etc. all lead to having dozens of accounts with your own name in the list with no good way to distinguish between them. But we have seen a lot of change in the last bunq Update relating to how Friends/Contacts are handled (definitely more than anything tree-related) so I think there is some dynamic here.

      @Jakob-Y#219489 Thanks :-) I basically know where to edit them. I just think this is not very intuitive and thats not even a problem of the new UI :-)
      I also saw those changes and hope that they will continue in this area.

        is it not possible to pin/favorite contacts any longer??? Option under settings is gone
