Can I use Payment Sorter with Easy Travel?

How can I sort my monthly salary? Where do I find this option?

hfx When you receive your salary, you can click on the payment and then choose "Sort" in the menu. If you haven't ever received your salary yet on your bunq account, you cannot do it. hfx Go to the account you received your salary in, then select / click on your salary payment and open the Menu. This menu then has the option to sort the payment. I use the bunq app in German, but here's a screenshot of the menu with the option circled that might help.

I get two options, forward this payment or add a note.

hfx I see. Just to confirm: you're currently on either an Easy Money or Easy Green plan and your salary payment comes from outside of your own bunq account? I think if you're paying a salary to yourself (for example from your bunq Business account to your private bunq account), then you cannot sort the payment.

Yeah I don’t have that option, how can I fix that?

I have the free version of bunq, is that the problem? The payment comes from a different bank account.
