Refund through PayPal: where is it though?

I ordered something in Germany, through Paypal, using the Bunq travel card. I had to ship it back unfortunately, but I got a refund, again through Paypal. But it isn't added to my PayPal account, because they refund it the creditcard. But that isn't possible with the travel card, right? So I have no idea how I get an actual hold on my money/refund? Help me out, please.

Klaasje Refunds are possible, of course. Sometimes it can take a few days to a few weeks, depending on the merchant. You can ask PayPal's support for the refund status, as soon as they book the money back to the card you will get the money back to your bunq account that was used for the payment. In the unlikely event that you're waiting longer than 30 days for a refund, please also contact bunq Support so that they can look into it.
