Wenn ich auf Profil - Persönliche Informationen - Land der IBAN gehe, dort alle 4 Fragen bestätige und auf die nächste Seite zur Bestätigung gehen will stürzt die App unter iOS 14.5.1 auf dem iPhone 12 Pro Max in neuester App Version immer ab

      Okay the crashing occurred if the id verification service is not available. Please try it another day in business’s hours

        It happened to me as well, and now the app is asking me to verify my identity, but when I try to do that if fails with: ERROR: Status Active

              I got the event to switch to German IBAN but decided to do the ID step later. Now if I click on the event again to resume the process, it does not redirect to the identification screen, just shows a black screen - but no crash though. Galaxy S8 running Android 9

                  Ich erhalte den selben Fehler. Beim Versuch ein Unterkonto mit deutscher Iban zu erstellen erscheint nur ein schwarzer Bildschirm mit Zurück-Pfeil oben links.

                          Ich habe das gleiche Problem.

                            So, having a fully verified, actively used account since years, I made the error and clicked on the “get German IBAN” notification. The following verification call was cancelled immediately, even before connecting, by myself.

                            Now I’m greeted with a “your account is not verified” screen each time at app start. Clicking on “verify” first requires me to start the verification by video, then immediately afterwards by my Dutch bank account and everything fails because of the “ACTIVE” error.

                            Some features (i.e. the creation of sub accounts) are limited now, despite being verified (since years) and “ACTIVE”. Please reset this error ASAP as it makes you feel worried as a user (and is pretty annoying, too).

                              @Janninho#222456 Hi there, I would recommend to contact Private Support by going to the [Profile] tab > [Menu] 🌈 > [Get Private Support]. Just tell them what happened and they will make sure your account remains in good standing as before. Here on Together the community forum we cannot directly help with these account-related problems, because we're just regular users like yourself.
