So, having a fully verified, actively used account since years, I made the error and clicked on the “get German IBAN” notification. The following verification call was cancelled immediately, even before connecting, by myself.
Now I’m greeted with a “your account is not verified” screen each time at app start. Clicking on “verify” first requires me to start the verification by video, then immediately afterwards by my Dutch bank account and everything fails because of the “ACTIVE” error.
Some features (i.e. the creation of sub accounts) are limited now, despite being verified (since years) and “ACTIVE”. Please reset this error ASAP as it makes you feel worried as a user (and is pretty annoying, too).
