Now that you can no longer order a Travel Card, I wonder what happens when you need a new card because the old one doesn't work anymore or is broken.
Pricing list says it is not available.

JakobProdigy@Thomas-Aquamarine-Tiger-1708272925#222546 If you're currently using the Easy Travel plan, you cannot order a new card anymore. You would need to change to a new plan, for example the newly introduced Easy Bank plan. Then you're able to order cards again.
As long as your card is still valid, you can keep using your Easy Travel plan.
I know that. My problem is what would happen if the card would be broken or doesn't work anymore.
Regarding the pricing list there is no replacement available and my card expires in 2024.
It is not about a new card, it is about a replacement

So now I would be screwed if the card would broke or doesn't work anymore cause I would have to switch to another plan before my card expires
JakobProdigy@Thomas-Aquamarine-Tiger-1708272925#222550 As explained above, you would need to switch to a new plan to get a new card. That includes breaking or losing the card. The Easy Bank plan actually offers a lot more features than Easy Travel used to offer, so I personally wouldn't call it "being screwed", but yes, you wouldn't be able to continue with Easy Travel in the same way.
The Easy Travel offered exactly what it is meant for..... a travel card, a "credit"card.
So yes i call it screwed because switching a "creditcard only" to a bank account makes no sense to me.
If they would offer the replacement option until the card expires it would but like that..... it's shame
But in this case Google Pay has to do the trick even if the card would break.

Mijn fysieke pas ben ik kwijt geraakt ik kan geen nieuwe fysieke pas aan vragen tenzij ik overstap naar easy bank. Ik heb gelukkig de easy travel plan gekoppeld aan Apple Pay dus houd ik me optie om deze kaart te behouden als creditcard tot 2025 maar inderdaad heel erg jammer dat ik geen fysieke pas meer kan aanvragen en ontvangen!!
