Once again, not so much the price increase, but the way it is communicated, is tone deaf.
In general bunq doesn't seem to be really in touch with their user base. The Friends tab is as big a mystery for me as the 'social feed' tab. No one that I know and uses bunq has ever used these features. All of them are complaining to me about the app not being intuitive. Go figure...
Maybe instead of Friends, add a basic contacts tab. Instead of the social feed thing, put the forum there. Also don't call it 'knowledge', that is not a term that people use for a message board.
Good that the 'Menu' button is being phased out. Horribly unintuitive. Please put the features behind that button in places where they belong and where people expect them.
I'm still not leaving bunq, but two of my new BV's now have primary accounts at ING and no account at bunq. Take it for what it's worth.
