Zakelijk account verdwenen

Dag sinds vanochtend is mijn zakelijke account verdwenen uit de app.
Ik verschillende dingen geprobeerd.
Zoals:

Ik heb geprobeerd mijzelf als directeur toe te voegen.
Ik zag in de community iemand zeggen dat met een longpress op profiel erbij kan komen. Dit heb ik geprobeerd en zelfs mijn indentiteit bevestigd dmv rijbewijs info.
Allemaal niet gelukt en erg vervelend.
Kunnen jullie mij zeggen hoe ik weer bij mijn rekening kom en dat het weer werkt zoals het deed.

I also have this problem but the support staff cant help me and closed my bankaccount permanent because I didn't not give information on time about my company. What i don't understand is that why close a bankaccount permenantly instead of just freezing it until a bankaccount holder gives the asked information. Does somebody know you to fix this?
