In Easy Bank you can only have a single bank account, so no additional savings goal or other sub-accounts. (You can still accept incoming Connects and also accept invitation for a single Joint account, but your own private savings goals are not included in Easy Bank.)
Only a single card is included. That can also be a Mastercard. But if you want two cards (i. e. Maestro + Mastercard) then you need to pay extra for the second card.

I’m guessing you need to Freeze and then Block the cards you don’t want, then downgrade the plan with just the 1 card you want still activated in order to make sure you only pay €2.99/month. I plan on doing this before my next Invoice is due in 10 days.

Ronald Yes, you can do that. Your total then would be 6,48 Euros/month. At least as long as you don't use any other features not included in the base plan.

No, it's not. Unfortunately there's currently a display bug in the app that shows 9 Euros as the price for a Virtual Card. However, this is not accurate. In the plan Easy Money you can create up to 5 Virtual Cards for no extra costs. Check the Pricing Sheet if you want to double-check anything.

I currently have a mastercard debit. Is this automatically changed to a mastercard credit because the debit isn’t available anymore.

You can keep using your card. It's not possible right now to order new Mastercard Debits but all cards that have already been given out are still working fully well.

Ok good! Keep in mind Easy Bank includes no additional Virtual Cards, only Easy Money and Easy Green do.

I guess only bunq knows. But I personally wouldn't expect that, as their current Mastercard Credit offering works exactly the same for the consumer with the added benefit of better acceptance. Re-introducing the Mastercard Debit wouldn't really benefit anyone.

Ronald Well, the app will always give you all the options. And if you try to do something that isn't possible in your plan, it will offer you an upgrade. So if you try to open a savings goal sub-account, it should ask if you want to upgrade to Easy Money / Easy Green.

Ronald Why is that weird? Easy Money would offer you the ability to create an additional savings goal (and actually up to 25 sub-accounts in total), so the app offering you this plan makes sense. The new pricing goes into effect two months after announcement, so right now it would still be 7.99 Euros/month, but indeed this plan is getting more expensive at 8.99 Euros/month soon.

My wife and I have 3 joint accounts. If I stay on easy money and she switches to easy bank, am I still able to keep these 3 accounts for myself or just the 1 for both of us ?

Marlon As far as I understand it, the Easy Bank customer can only share one real Joint account. They can still accept incoming Connects, but the extraneous Joint accounts would need to be closed if you and/or your wife doesn't use Easy Money anymore.
