  • Where can I find a payments transaction ID?

Trying to resolve a missing payments issue with my internet provider, who now understandably requires a transaction reference number. But bunq doesn't seem to show this even though transaction IDs are standard practice and essential to banking in 2021? Any help would be appreciated, have a month of an Internet bill on the line and bunq customer service are silent on the issue

      You can retrieve the transaction ID through support if needed. You can find them under Profile > ⚙️ > Need Help? Get Support. They will get back to you as quickly as possible.

        @Flo1979#223439 Standard numeric reference number attached to every transaction no matter what country you're in I believe

          I just opened an SOS ticket to request the Transaction ID for an important transfer because the recipient did not get it after 2 days in SEPA, the SOS customer support answered that I should download a statement, but the statement does not include the transaction ID, so SOS support is useless, what a terrible customer service, they don't even read the question or give a useful answer when using the SOS option

              I am having a similar problem, my SEPA transfer has not arrived 3 days later, I asked for a transaction ID through SOS yesterday and I am still waiting for the ID
