  • iOS 14 Widget is not up-to-date

Hey! Ik heb zowel de oude als de nieuwe widget om het saldo van m’n rekeningen te zien. Oude staat wanneer je naar links gaat op het homescreen in iOS. De nieuwe kun je overal zetten. Maar de nieuwe updatet m’n saldo niet!

Is dit bekend? 🙏🏼

    Zie hier de verschillen in data. Onderste is de oude widget, geeft het juiste saldo weer, en updatet ook telkens wanneer ik hem toon. (@bunq)

        Thanks for reaching and reporting this issue to us! It looks like there is indeed a difference in the way these separate widgets are synchronising the balance with your bunq account.           Hi @rmfokkema 👋

          I just want to update you on our progress with this bug. Please note that our backend responses contains a lot of data for certain screens and as a result, they're large, hence using a lot of data. There's not much we can do about that, I am afraid.

          However, for what it's worth, we checked for app updates by loading the app's App Store page every time you switched back to the app. We've made it so that that only happens once per day, so that should trim some of the data usage. This is as much as we can reduce right now.
