• Where to download the BUNQ invoice in PDF?

@Randy-Navy-Zebra#225415 Hi Randy, well at least here on the community forums this is your first thread. Welcome! Of course every invoice is also available as PDF. You can get to it in the bunq app like this:

  1. Go to Profile tab
  2. Open Settings on the top right
  3. Tap on My plan
  4. Choose Invoices
  5. Select your current invoice, then tap on Download as PDF

On this screen you can also switch on/off getting invoices per e-mail. No change regarding this in any of the last updates.

    @Randy-Navy-Zebra#225435 If you see the request and split buttons, then you're probably in a completely different part of the app. Not sure what to tell you except try following the above steps more closely?

    Also in your case you seem generally confused about your bunq accounts. Here on the community forums we're just users like you, so we cannot access your account information. It'd probably be better if you open a support ticket with Private Support. You can get to it in the app by following these steps:

    1. Go to Profile
    2. Tap on Settings in the right corner on top
    3. Scroll to the bottom, tap on Get Support, then choose Personal Support

    Then you will get an answer from a bunq employee regarding your issue.

      Doesn;t work ; zee no 'Invoice' option

        A few things have changed in the bunq app the last three years (this thread is three years old).

            @thijs that option only exists on mobile it seems... pretty annoying to have to download invoices there only? :o

              Indeed @Jakob in the webversion it doesnt seem possible to find invoices...

                Correct, there's no way to download invoices via bunq Web
