@Marvin-Navy-Swan#225788 Are you maybe using the same PIN when logging in into the bunq app? That's a different PIN. The card has a 4-digit PIN. You can set a PIN for your card yourself in the app. The first time you use the card at a terminal the PIN will be written to the card. In some countries, terminals are sometimes offline, so the new PIN can't be written to the card, and the old PIN stays active.
ATM's are always online, so when you go to an ATM, the new PIN should always be written to the card. You don't have to withdraw money from the ATM, just looking up your balance should be enough.
