Erica If you're having troubles with your card replacement order, my recommendation would be to contact Private Support and open a ticket with them. The bunq employees can take a look at your specific account and probably see more easily where the problem lies. You can get to the Support Chat in the app by following these steps:
- Go to Profile
- Tap on Settings in the right corner on top
- Scroll to the bottom, tap on Get Support, then choose Personal Support
