• Bunq+1 with the new plans

Hi,
Could you please help me understand whether Bunq+1 (joint account) requires both people to have easyBank plan or is it sufficient if just one person have it?
Thank you

@Jancz#227061 If you're using the Easy Money or Easy Green plan, you can open a Joint account with another user that is only on the Easy Bank plan. However, the Easy Bank user won't be able to be an owner of multiple Joint accounts, it's limited to a single Joint account. The Easy Money/Easy Green user can of course open as many Joint accounts as they want.

Another option is to use the Connect feature to give access to an account to another bunq user. This way, an Easy Money/Easy Green user can also share multiple accounts with an Easy Bank user.

If two people use Easy Bank, they cannot share an account in any way. At least one of them needs to upgrade to a higher plan.

    Bunq+1 (joint account)

Just to clarify this so there's less potential for misunderstanding down the line: "+1" was the name of a bunq feature/plan that allowed an Easy Money/Easy Green user to invite other people to bunq and pay for them. The downside was that the other user only had very limited access to bunq and was always bound to the other bunq user. It was not the name for a Joint account, they also existed independently of the "+1" feature.

The "+1" plan was quite limiting for users, so instead now they can get the Easy Bank plan for the same price and are able to get their own bank account in addition to being able to also share a Joint account with an Easy Money/Easy Green user. Basically, as a former "+1" user you now get more features for the same price.
