  • Italian IBAN numbers available soon?

As it happens already for France and I believe Germany, would be great to get also Italian IBAN for Italian residents.
I agree IBAN discrimination is illegal but let’s face it… it exists still all over Europe… also and especially in The Netherlands.
So… please vote… let’s get the Italian IBANs… and maybe also Spanish, Portuguese and any other EU country bunq operates… makes sense and that REALLY MAKES LIFE EASIER AND SAVE TIME 😃

    Italian IBAN would make life easier, please implement them as well!
    This is one of the reasons why switching completely to bunq is not convenient in Italy.
    In this case you should consider supporting specific payment options especially needed to pay taxes for example MAV/RAV

      Not yet 🇮🇹 (Italy) with its specific MAV/RAV payments additional information to deal with Government and other automated payment systems…. Please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 … get 🇮🇹 on the 🚂 too. Vote 🙏😁

        I agree… I wish bunq would highlight and implement interesting feature that are really helpful for people around Europe, and not a feature name change…. Digicards🤦🏼‍♂️

          Now… looking at the price list document, there are reference to Italian stamp costs for Italian IBANs…. Is it coming soon?

                Great @dosz-Grey-Goat ... I will for sure... and really looking forward to it.. I am Italian by birth and still have a lot of deals with Italy and having an Italian IBAN will make life MUCH MUCH easier.

                    In de app is nu een mogelijkheid om een sub rekening aan te maken met Italiaanse Iban. Maar hij geeft bij mij nu een storing met de server, dus het kan bijna!

                        You must be on Android.
                        on iOS there is no option for Italian IBAN…. and it has not been announced yet. Must be a bug that uncovered what is coming. It is already on the price list since long time.

                          @Gianguig#270792 Chapter 9 of the TOS also states the following:

                          If you have an Italian IBAN, we are required by law to deduct 26% of your interest for the Italian authorities.

                          There's definitely something happening, I guess. Let's hope you get your IBANs soon :)

                                    There are no public roadmaps at bunq. When a feature is ready, it gets released.
