  • How to find a message from Support in the app

I have received a message in my app, with the remarks on my verification procedure, concerning the paperwork. Got interrupted by a phonecall, now can not find a message. Please, advise

    1. Go to the Profile tab
    2. Click on the gear icon on the top right and open Settings
    3. Scroll to the bottom, tap on Need help? Get Support
    4. Open up any previous support chat or tap on Announcements, depending on what you're looking for.
