We already have multiple accounts, personal and business accounts.
We have a new business started up and Monday i opened a new account, normally bunq is quick in handling all kinds of things, only this time they get on my nerves. It is already Thursday and nobody can give me a clear answer when the 'verification process' is finished.
On Tuesday some one tells me between 1 and 24 hours, Wednesdays they tell me 'hours' and later that day, they say 'some time', Thursday they say it takes some time and we can't make any promises, after i clearly asked if they get it done Friday.
On Wednesdays i get 3 questions, 1 of those questions has nothing to do with my business. Today, Thursday i get almost that same 1 question.
Now it is Thursday 17:41, i like to have a fully functional account this week so i can go further with administration and invoices.
Daarnaast heb ik 1 maal een Nederlands sprekende medewerker contact mee gehad, de rest weer in het Engels. Hebben ze geen aparte support afdeling voor de zakelijke klanten, gezien de accountkosten ....
