Hi,
I requested switch service from ING to bunq a week ago and it has been approved a day later. However, it is still not active. When will it be activated? How long will it take?

Your request goes to the other bank within one day, but it can't be processed until the other bank chooses to approve the request.
Once they have done so, activating switch service may take up to 14 working days for a personal account and 28 working days for a business account π.

I'm also waiting. 14 days and counting, so hopefully any day now. It must be busy at ING at the moment.... I wonder why π€

ING is taking its time lately to honer switch requests, they say itβs buzzy at the department. I gues ING is losing a lot of accounts.
