Koos There should be a map in the app when you select Paysafecash that helps you find partner shops. Or you can go to their website and look at the map there: https://www.paysafecash.com/nl-nl/ I get several different search results when I look at Amsterdam. Maybe also a shop in your vicinity.

Just a hunch, but I would imagine your experience at one of the partnered gas stations (BP, esso, Haan, Shell, Texaco) might be better than at some of the smaller shops listed there.
