Geld vanaf ING komt niet binnen

Donderdag 14 april is er vanaf de ING bank geld overgemaakt naar mijn Bunq rekening. Tot op heden nog niets ontvangen. Dus ook de 2 werkdagen na het paasweekend gaat niet op. Hoelang gaat dit nog duren? Dit vind ik bepaald geen service!

Therefore, please check if you used the correct details (IBAN etc.), if everything is correct then you would first need to inquire with ING if and when they sent out the payment, as the issue might lie there. If ING claims to have sent it out properly on the 14th, they should be able to provide you with a payment ID.

Ik heb een overboeking gemaakt vanuit ING naar bunq. Tot heden NIKS ontvangen. Waar is mijn geld nu gebleven?!?!?! Het zou toch na een dag op mijn BUNQ rekening moeten staan? Vind dit echt te gek voor worden.

Hazal In general a SEPA transfer can take up to 1-2 business days, so weekends and holidays do not count. Bunq handles all outgoing transactions as instant transfers.
The incoming transaction depends on the bank which made the transaction, it usually doesn’t take longer than 1-2 business days for me either.

If the expected time period has passed, please follow this simple process to start investigating:

Go to Home > select the subaccount you await the payment > Click on “Can’t find a payment? Find when it’ll arrive” > Select “incoming Payment” and follow the flow.

Heb net een topic aangemaakt dat ik geen geld heb ontvangen, die is gedelete. Ik hoor nu 3 dingen te ontvangen. Iemand anders ook problemen?

I made a topic but it got deleted by a mod. It was about that I didn't receive my last payments. If you press contact a mod, then you still can't. You can't chat with anyone direct, that is ok if it was more easy to know when you can get in contact with someone. So I have to file reports and wait multiple days? While my money should just arrive. Why Would I have to do all this effort in asking people for transaction histories etc. it didnt arrive here, so you guys let me do all this administrative work finding out all transaction data that I don't have. typing codes, alt tabbing, switching windows. So frustrating, because and automated transaction won't show up. please Bunq, and don't you delete this, Ill screenshot it.

So i just made a test. I have send a link of one euro to a friend. Person payed and it is also not right away on my account. Please email me when your bank's transactions aren't working properly

N If the friend paid with a regular SEPA transfer, it will take 1–2 days to arrive. This is how banking works and there's nothing bunq can do about it. If the friend is a bunq user and paid directly with bunq, it will arrive instantly for example. A credit/debit payment would too, but there's a charge for that. A SEPA Instant Transfer would also arrive instantly.

You have many options to get money into your account, but not all of them are instant.

N i have the same problem. Someone bought a phone from me. I need to send it in like 2 days. Tomorrow i need to buy things for my new phone.. if i read it like everyone almost has, i really have a problem then. Probeer contact met bunq op te nemen. Er zal waarschijnlijk een storing zijn.

Hallo, ik wacht al sinds gisteren op een betaling die is gedaan via een betaalverzoek die ik heb verstuurd, de betaling is via iDeal gedaan en zou meteen op de bunq rekening moeten te zien zijn. Ik zie wel in mijn bunq rekening dat de betaalverzoek is betaald maar het geld is niet bijgeschreven.

Heeft iemand dit probleem ook?

Mohamed iDEAL payments are instant most of the time. However, they’re not guaranteed to be instant. I would first wait the usual 1-2 business days and if the money hasn’t turned up by then, contact support.
