"Google AdMob" is not a form of payment, but luckily you can just ask Google for how they pay out the money to you. For German bank accounts, it's a SWIFT payment in Euros as stated here: https://support.google.com/admob/answer/1714398 Which is supported by bunq as stated above. Please make sure you also understand the pricing structure of bunq, which is fully explained in the Pricing Sheet, as SWIFT payments have higher costs associated with them.
And how much is the maximum limit per month ?
bunq offers you a real bank account, they're a regular fully verified bank. You won't have a hard limit for incoming payments.

You will know that after you have tried it. In general you're expected to always be able to prove that payments are legit. If bunq feels the need to investigate anything, they will do so. What kind of documents may be needed depends completely on what you're attempting on doing.
