• Fixed: "Payment sound“ keeps repeating

Hey guys,

I really don’t know how to give an explaining title to this so hear me out. Since I updated to the latest iOS 12 and newest bunq version my bunq App/iPhone keeps making this „sound/noise/notification” like when you make a payment or money goes in or out of your account. You all know this “sound” I guess.

But for two weeks or so I keep getting that notification like once or twice a day even though no payment or money transfer occurred. I get the red icon on the bunq app and in events it shows me the red notification as well but when I click on it there is no further information like nothing ever happened.

This kind of freaks me out cause it happens at any time of day or night. Like 5 minutes ago it happened again and I woke up and now I’m writing this post.

And my wife has the same problem it happened twice to her.

I really don’t know what is this but I “hope” other people have the same issue and can help me out or maybe bunq can look into this.

    There is a known bug with the random badge numbers and they disappear when checking the event list. I always have my iPhone on silent mode so I never noticed the sound, which I understand is quite annoying. As far as I know they are still working on this bug but you can help bunq out making a notation of time and date to reach out to them. Maybe it helps them finding the 'trigger'.

    p.s. You can turn off sound effects in the notifications settings within the bunq-app.

        Yeap here too, just started about an hour ago, no payments made as well.

          3 in the last 12 hours. The last: 15 minutes ago.
