Did anyone experience transfers to BUNQ local currency accounts (£) getting lost?

@sdijck#232042 Have only tried US Dollar SWIFT transfers so far and they have been working fine. Did you make a SWIFT transfer or did you send it from a UK bank via account number and sort code?

@sdijck#232127 Thanks for the reply! Let us know how it went after you contacted bunq Support and how long after the transfer was credited to you. Would love to learn more about everyone's experience with the Local Currency accounts, and I'm sure some other community members, too.
The missing payment arrived today with the support from Bunq. It took 16 days…

Yes. It happened to me. My money is still lost after a month. I've opened two tickets and Bunq keeps saying I need to wait because of technical issues. Just silly excuses. Please prioritize my issue accordingly. Wait over a month to get money is not fun. and as recommendations stay away from local bank accounts. they are very buggy and you do not want to have your money depending on some software bugs.
Yeah I have also got loads of money missing since January and they keep saying they don't have it or can't locate it... Sooo frustrating!
I am having now this issue as well and it's been 5 days since I opened the ticket.I was told my money is being processed when I filed for a lost payment and then when the support ticket was opened I was told they are trying to locate it.So which is it?Lost or being processed?I think this is extremely unprofessional from their part because it looks like they are lying to you and of course when I asked what happens if the money gets lost?I was told please be patient we are trying to solve the problem ASAP. So again not much of an answer for me. And the fact they tell you that they answer within one day and it took them 4 days to answer my support ticket is freaking annoying. If you cannot answer within one day just say so! Don't write idiotic things and pretend to be fast.
I got this issue before and am getting it again. I open an investigation and they said no transactions as described. Payment was made 8 working days ago!
