We’ve rolled out a new update to our app that includes small new improvements and features that will make your life easy.

What’s new 🙌
If you make requests from your bunq app in a currency other than EUR, given that you have a Local Currency sub-account, the selected sub-account will automatically match the correct currency.
When creating a new Local Currency account, you can personalize it the way you want - now also with beautiful flag icons that match the currency. 🇬🇧🇵🇱
You can now add a personalised description when using the payment sorter to automate external payments. For example, you can always have your name in the description when paying your rent, automatically.
Our support team can now help you even better, using the “let me show you how it works” feature. They’ll be able to show you a screen recording, together with a voice recording as well. 📲
We've improved some things on our side that will make adding money to your account with a card easier. The improvement should lead to a smoother top up experience for you.
What’s fixed 🔨
Sometimes, the app would crash when changing the address (country) of your company. Fixed that. ⚒️
When using the app search function using the term “PIN”, your expired cards would show up as well. This shouldn’t happen, so we’ve fixed it.
Some of you had issues opening a new sub-account, getting an error message: “try again”. This is taken care of now. 🚀

We’ve added a new section to your Profile screen: Messages. You’ll only see this when there’s a message/announcement waiting for you.

Business users would sometimes get an error when trying to convert GBP. Fixed. 💵
