Do you think you just found a bug? 🐛 Check below to see if the bug was reported already and if it was not, please report it to us as detailed as possible. To speed up the process, you can send us a screen recording showing the steps that lead to the error. Understanding exactly which steps are leading to the error is crucial to fix a bug.
Some bugs are easier to fix than others and that’s why we always try to find a workaround so you can still enjoy bunq while we're working on a fix. We'll keep you updated on the status of your bug by adding to the name one of the labels that are explained below:
📲 Testing: The first step is to try to reproduce the bug in the app. This is important to help us find the root of the problem.
📚 Need more information: We’re collecting more information to help us investigate what the cause of the bug is. In this case, please share your experience with us through the Support center in the app (Go to the search bar > Support center)
👩🏽💻 In progress: We have the information that we need! Our developers are working on a fix.
⚒️ Solution was found and the fix is planned: We found a fix and we’ll let you know when it’s done.
🚀 Fixed: Bug was fixed! Update your app!
↩️ Workaround available: We have a temporary solution to offer while we’re working to fix the issue.
