We only recently found out about the issue the Hanseatic Bank is having and that does not allow them to receive instant payments. We provided the info we generally provide when it comes to a missing payment.
Said that, considered the current situation, we are working on this from our side and we are manually handling these situation and revert the payment(s) back into our users accounts.
