Easily discover places recommended by your friends and recommend your favorite places in just one tap! Night out with your besties? Now you can also automatically track and easily split expenses with a group of friends. All of this from the same tab that you can enter by clicking here. Want to see how? Check out below.
This section shows what is currently happening between you and your friends related to the Activities tab. You’ll see all the active Group Expenses, places you’ve visited and the places your friends have recommended.
In the Visited Places section you’ll find a map that will give you an overview of all the places you’ve visited and rated. You’ll also see your friends’ recommendations on the map.
How do I recommend a place to your friends?
You can effortlessly rate places where you make a payment and recommend them to your friends. When you make a payment at a place, you'll automatically get a notification to rate the place you've visited! If you visit the same place again, you'll be able to re-rate it! Once you open your Activity tab and tap on the "You have X visits to review" notification above the Map, you'll be able to rate by using 🟢 to like the place, 🔴 to dislike it and ⚪️ if you don't want to rate it.
Also, for every 10 places you've rated (no matter what rating you've left), you'll plant 1 tree 🌳 Once planted, you'll be able to find it in your Green Tab.
I’ve visited the same place a few times. Can I review each visit?
Yes, you can 🙌 You can review each visit from your Activities tab. If you’ve been to the same place a few times in a row, each visit will appear in your review queue, provided there’s at least 12 hours between each visit.
Want to discover your friends’ place recommendations?
Simply check out the “What's Happening” section at the top of the Activities tab, tap the map and use the filters in the upper right corner or search your friend's name on the map's search bar..
This feature will help you track group expenses automatically with just a tap.
You can create a Group Expense by tapping on “Auto-Track Group Expenses”. You can add payments manually, from your past transactions or automatically add them when you pay to split them with the group participants. See how this cool feature works here
