I like to manage my account by categories and use Excel and pivot tables for further investigation. Once the categories are included in the csv export I can also take them into account. This will help me to observe my finances.

Agreed, this is essential! I can’t use the budgeting feature if I don’t know how much I’m already spending in a category each month and where I can reduce this. This feature was also requested in other places including https://together.bunq.com/d/49335-have-categories-field-in-my-exported-statements
JonathanRookieWe got really excited about categories, because they would save us loads of time every month - if they are included with the statement export. Categories are poinless otherwise.
