Neyd Is the delay regular?
In my experience these transfers can take around 5-7 business days. In your case, it seems to not have arrived in that timeframe. It probably got hold up somewhere, but it's impossible to say from the outside. For more information, your company would need to contact their bank and/or you contact bunq with a transaction ID.
My (strictly personal) suspicion is that the US bank of your company isn't actually able to send Euro transfers. At least that is the case for most or pretty much all US banks. You can also receive USD SWIFT transfers at bunq when you open a local currency account in USD (it will have a GB IBAN and not FR IBAN, though).
