Dear bunqers,

Now that Ukrainian and Russian people are caught up in a war, the most important thing is to provide shelter and safety for the many people in need.

Following a Linkedin post by Ali (our founder and CEO) on February 26, the response has been overwhelming, from people offering help as well as from people in need of help.

Over the past two days, Dutch tech entrepreneurs Joris Beckers (Picnic) and Robert Vis (MessageBird) have joined the initiative. To maximize its impact, People for People was set up, a foundation to shelter refugees fleeing the current humanitarian crisis.

We’re very grateful to everyone for joining in and helping to make a difference for the better, together.
