  • [REPORTED] Insights function shows transaction 2 times

Hi Guys,

I’m having some troubles with the insights . I’ve yanked gasoline this morning and the transition shows 2 times the spending in Insights. When I check the card the money is only deducted once.

Also when changing the category of a transaction it takes like 6 hours to change, is this normal? This is actually really frustrating.

      Ik heb het zelfde probleem. Als ik pin aan de pomp wordt de transactie 2 soms zelfs 3 keer getoont bij Spending Insights. Kan dit te maken hebben met dat het geld dan vooraf wordt gereserveerd? Als ik naar binnen ga om te betalen, heb ik dit namelijk niet.
      Ook het opgetelde bedrag klopt niet. Het opgetelde bedrag is dan niet eens gelijk aan de verkeerd getoonde bedragen.

        @jacobo-Purple-Llama#237857 Auto save is also executed 3 times, every time I make a transaction at the gas station. For example, when I pay € 45,87, first € 4,13 gets saved. Then, after the first transaction gets reversed, € 5,- gets saved. And then, when the transaction is made again, another € 4,13 gets saved. So for one time going to the gas station, a total of € 13,26 is transferred to my savings account.

            @bunqVitaly#239772 Ik heb dit zelfde probleem vaak gaat dit mis bij het tanken.
            Vreemde is alleen dat jullie hier vragen om een nieuwe call aan te maken, doe ik dat wordt die onzichtbaar gezet.

            Het probleem is alleen veel groter.
            Ik zelf gebruik een koppeling met GRIP helaas komen nu niet alle betalingen meer binnen in GRIP.
            Abn zegt dat het aan Bunq ligt kunnen jullie hier naar kijken?
            Deze koppeling gebruik ik al jaren zonder problemen.
            Ook hier komen de betalingen en afschrijvingen dubbel op binnen.
