I’ve also fallen victim to this scam: suddenly being charged €20 a month through a hidden direct debit from my savings account that I do not use other than to pay money into each month. No notifications, no approval, no new contract, no email, nothing. While this has been going on for 7 months, they are only refunding me one months amount leaving me nearly €150 out of pocket for something I never agreed to. It looks like others are suffering from the same corporate scam and I’m looking to escalate to the regulator in the Netherlands to report this unethical behaviour (because no, the “digicard pack” is not even listed on the pdf price list…). I wouldn’t mind if this was my mistake e.g signing up to a free trial that ran out and I failed to sort etc., but the whole structure of this scam is so clearly to maximise hidden costs at the expense of the customer I am not happy to accept being treated in such a disgusting way.
