Providing us with context, detailed information and following clear instructions will help our Support team resolve your issue faster.
If, for example, your issue is related to a possible bug, you can provide us with screen recording, screenshots and/or steps taken before you've encountered the error. This will help our Support team spot if that's an actual bug or help you further in the steps you should take.
