What does it mean description for Maestro Debit "For Netherlands and Belgium"?

You should be able to see the ordered card in the app under your cards tile with status information. And of course you will get the card in the next 1-2 weeks.

Maestro cards are mostly only needed when you live in the Netherlands and Belgium. The bunq Maestro card of course works everywhere where Maestro cards are accepted, but in most other countries there is also a good or better Mastercard acceptance, so Mastercard is recommended for other countries.

That really shouldn't be happening. Did you try to follow this up with Support? They are able to look inside your account and can give you more information than here on the community forum. You can reach them through this link: https://go.bunq.com/link/support Or find the menu in the app like this:
- Go to Profile
- Tap on Settings in the right corner on top
- Scroll to the bottom, tap on Need help? Get Support, then choose Personal Support
