  • [REPORTED] No notifications from partner payments in shared accounts

Hi there. Me and my partner have several joint accounts. For a while I have not been receiving any notifications of payments or receiving money from partner payments, but my partner does receive notifications whenever I pay from our joint accounts. I have checked all settings and all notifications sliders are on. I am getting notifications for all payments I make, or all automatic payments, just not from my partner.

I have also checked and compared all the notifications settings from my partners phone and my phone, but they all look the same. I can't seem to figure out why my partner does get notifications but I don't. Anyone has any ideas?

Edit: I am using an iPhone 13 pro and my partner has an iPhone mini. Both my partner's are updated to the most recent version of the app and of iOS.

      Same issue here. Receiving all notifications and my partner no longer receives any for the joint account (she does receive notifications for her own account)

          Hey! We have the same issue: I receive all notifications about transactions with our joint account, but my partner does not. Is there any solution yet? Thanks!
