Another great way to spend € 30.000 a month is to have a one-day event where customers can meet the support crew in real-live, and ask questions (e.g. about the ever-changing user-interface (or is it just me?)).
Maybe some dedicated booths for onboarding or bunq partners (Birdee, Tulp, Mobilexpense, Paysafe, etc…that can show their service.
Free non-alcoholic drinks will be served
(The idea above was something I actually expected to see on my first attendence on such Bunq Update event, only the free drinks came true).
