On the Mac in Apple Safari, the web page web.bunq.com is always in English. However, if you use Google Chrome, the language is in German. The system language of the operating system is also in German. Why is the wrong language used under Apple Safari? How can I change this?

@McCrypto#241756 Hi @McCrypto ,
I belive Chrome is translating automatically, depending from your settings.
For Safari (on Mac) you just need to set up the automatic translation (new in latest iOS versions). Italian is among the languages supported from Apple for live browser translations:
you just need to toggle the switch on the right side of the URL field
Worked for me with no issues:
I hope it will work for you too.
I am using a Mac M1 with latest Mac OS installed.
Good luck

@McCrypto#241756 Hi Marco, make sure that Safari is set up to request the German version of websites. After that, delete the cookies & cache (don't skip this step!) and reload bunq Web. Then it should change the language. It works on my Safari on Mac.
I don't think it's related to automatic translations. bunq Web has support for all the 6 languages supported by bunq (English, Dutch, German, Italian, French and Portuguese) built-in.

Hello, my base app is Android, phone language is set to English. Lately, when I scan the QR code in order to open bunq in the web browser it always opens in French. When I remove all my cookies it works until my next login... Does anyone experience the same?
Thanks,
Stijn
