The staff doesn’t know how to deposit my money, what should I do?
If the staff of the store is unsure how to complete the deposit for you, there’s a button on the deposit screen that opens instructions for the staff.
There’s a store in the system that doesn’t exist anymore, what now?
In cases where the store is closed or doesn’t exist at all, please make sure to report the store to us via the in-app Support Center. We’ll make sure to report the case right away to PaySafe so that we can update our database accordingly.
Does my PaysafeCash barcode expire?
Yes, every barcode you generate in the app is active for 100 minutes. If you haven't used the barcode in 100 minutes, the code expires and you should generate a new one, so that the deposit is successful 🚀
Is PaysafeCash the same as Paysafecard?
The short answer is no, they're not the same.
Paysafecard 💳 is a prepaid credit card which allows you to pay online even without a bank account - for now we don't provide such service.
PaysafeCash 💸 is a service which helps you deposit cash in your account easy and fast with just a few clicks.
