Use it to finance loans for real estate investments for private investors. There are very few providers of this money but the risk is very low (maximum of 70% of the value in a state as if the property is rented out). Combine this with sustainable propertys (A or B energy level) or finance the upgrading of the energy label combined with it.

Low risk, high profit + more sustainability = lower Costs for bunq premium?

1- big ones, already outthere, doing good but need more funding.

2- make different business sections:
A. Green energy
B. Music industry
C. Arts
4. Science and sustainable Technology

Returns can be in the form of:
- Interest to make money as debtor
- shares to have ownership as an investor
- pure support for a cause sponsored by bunq that lowers bank fees or opens new free options! (Get an account for your loved one free of charge!)
