Same issue here. Urgently looking for a single shop in Amsterdam center that works, so far not a single shop keeper knew what Paysafe was. Please help - if you can name a single store in town?

Maria If you really need to deposit cash and you can't use Paysafecash, you could use a GWK Travelex location. But their deposit fee is 3% with a minimum of €9.95.

I'm experiencing the same problem as well. Why isn't this possible at the geldmaat ATM's or stores by the way?

Quemio Because Geldmaat was setup by Rabobank, ING and ABN Amro, and bunq hasn't joined them.

The situation is still the same :((( None of the shops I visited today, in my area (Amsterdam East) had the slightest idea, or told me, that they didn't provide the service! I tried to help them out by showing them the information, with the button for the employees, but none of them were willing to cooperate :(
I would really be happy if someone, could;d point me to a shop, that does this service, even outside Amsterdam!

Ik loop tegen hetzelfde probleem aan. Ben bij 3 locaties geweest en kreeg hetzelfde soort antwoord als hierboven gemeld.
Bunq zou deze optie moeten verwijderen want het werkt gewoon niet.

super vervelend! je kan op een hele omslachtige manier geld op je bunq krijgen.
iets bij een winkel kopen en dan terugbrengen met retourpinnen.

ik hoop echt dat er ooit een oplossing hier voor komt! je moet toch op de een of andere manier cash kunnen storten op je bunq rekening!! komop zeg. kom niet met de smoes van "ja bunq is een neo / internetbank blablabla zo kan je alles wel recht praten wat krom is.

vind het wel vreemd. vorige week keek ik weer eens op paysafe. en in zaandam werden twee telefoon herstel winkels aangegeven als partnerwinkels. toen ik er langs liep om €50 te storten keken ze mij aan als op ze water zagen branden. ze werden wel op de site weer gegeven. ik vind het erg jammer dat bunq de klanten hierin niet helpt. ik hoop bij elke update op een zinvolle wijziging maar er komen nooit dingen bij die echt bijdragen aan de bunq ervaring. ik krijg steeds meer het idee dat het meer een pr dingetje is geworden . ik hoop dat dit geld stort drama ooit eens woord opgepakt door bunq
