I am not sure changing to a Dutch address where you are actually not officially resident will work ☹️
If I am not mistaken, the change will trigger the identification process and if you are not officially resident it will be quite difficult to provide the needed documents to validate your identity as Dutch 🇳🇱resident.
My advise would be to check first with bunq support, they might be able to add to your existing account with Swedish 🇸🇪 residence your Dutch BSN number.
As alternative, did you check if you can provide the Belastingdienst the Dutch IBAN of one of your family members? Might not work as the tax office might require the same name on the bank account and same BSN number ☹️
