  • Hidden accounts and total balance

Hello,

I think there’s a little bug in the total amount on the main tiles.

I’ve some accounts hidden, and also a account with a goal objective.

This one is unchecked in the list of visibles bank accounts, but the amount is visible in the main total tile.

Is there the right place to ask for this kind of bug resolution?

    Hi 🙌 Pyrrha,
    it works on my side 👍...I am on iOS.. not sure if you are using Apple or Android or if you have the issue with Web bunq.

    As the checking of these issues involve providing a lot of personal information about your accounts, I would definitely open a private support request with bunq via the App and provide all the possible information about it... with screen shots and the step by step process.. so in case bunq Dev team can re execute and test it... and if a bug 🐞is found fix it in the coming releases.

    I would start the request to Support with the clear mentioning that you would like to report a bug 🐞

      @Pyrrha#243319 There are two settings:

      • Visibility of accounts on the main page (Profile > Settings > Visibility)
      • Visibility of accounts inside the Total tile (Home > Total > Settings > Customize)

      Did you make sure you modified the latter setting instead/in addition to the first?

          I thought the visibility impacted as well the total amount.
