  • High impact outages shown in App or Web

Hi πŸ™Œ there,
I know for the big issues or outages sometimes Twitter messages are sent out... I have to say not consistently... but that is good πŸ‘

I feel it would be great and probably would help to lower amount of tickets and discussion on Together if an easy link within the App would be added... close to where the support tickets are open or/and in the Community tab. The link... or additional form, should display current "High impact" bugs or general issues and if possible expected resolution.

I give an example when recently the transaction were not getting through as instant payments (General outage probably) or general interface App bugs which are due to be fixed soon.

For a new user, or users who do not access the support or Community app very often, it is hardly impossible to understand if a bug is outstanding or if there are general system issues.

I know it can be a delicate topic... but it is perfectly matching the transparency policy bunq is rightly and proud to adhere to πŸ‘

Thank you for reading πŸ™
Hope to see something in the works soon and happy to test if needed πŸ˜€
Have a great bunq 🌈 day
Regards
GG

    @Gianguig Excellent idea, as usual πŸ˜ƒ

    You'd be more than happy to know that this was implemented today πŸ˜…. Call it a coincidence, or perhaps you know things I don't, but this will indeed affect on the number of tickets opened and totally will help towards transparency.

    Have a nice day! 🌈

      @bunqVitaly#243355 GreatπŸ‘,
      I did not know anything πŸ™ˆβ€¦ but then it must be true that β€œgreat minds think alike” 🧠
      Really appreciate feedback πŸ™
      Keep up the great work 🌈

        @bunqVitaly#243355 Good morning β˜€οΈ,
        I think the enhancement was just now deployed to production with today’ App iOS update πŸ‘

        I hope 🀞 not to see it in action … but if the case for sure it will make a difference.

        Cheers 🌈
