  • Bankaccount completely lost. How to reach Bunq?

I have a bank account for a foundation that I am involved with and it is out of my Bunq app. I cannot find any way to contact Bunq bank except for the support email adres. But of course I would like to know why the account is not visible and where the money is that was on it. Does anyone has a telephone number from Bunq bank. It is very strange that there is no telephone number on their website (it's even illegal in Netherlands actually to have not complete information about your company and how to reach it on your website). Hope someone knbows how to get in touch with Bunq somehow).

    In the main screen, click on your profile picture, and then 'Private Matters' there you can contact support

      bunq doesn't offer phone support, so you can't call them as it is considered an insecure channel. You can contact bunq through the app (Private Matters) or via de email address that you had found: support@bunq.com. They will get back to you as soon as possible.

      In the meantime, could it be that the foundation had set up a "Connect" for you, so that you could view/manage the account? In that case it could be that the connect was closed perhaps, meaning you can't see it anymore. Support will be able to check this for you.

        I opened the account and it was always in my app together with my other bankaccounts and the ones from companies i am involved with. Now it's gone and I cannot see the account anymore or use it to do anything.

          Well, it's back now. But it's strange that it was simply taken away for a few days.....

            @Wilhelmus-Green-Jaguar#38575 Interesting.. 🤔 if you want you can double check with support to see whether they can find anything that caused it. Definitely report it when it might happen again. 😁

              They have put it back But did not understand Why it was gone.......

                Maybe it has to do with the different mobile phones I have the app on.
