@New-Raspberry-Capybara-2302072665#243372 It depends on the merchant. Sometimes it gets booked back instantly, sometimes it takes a few hours, a few days, or the longest I've had to wait is around 30 days. Unfortunately the systems of different merchants work differently.

I assume it is a pre authorization done on your card… maybe as security deposit 💵 for a car rental or hotel 🏨?

My experience is that it varies from the merchant and for how long they keep the hold on. Usually this is communicated at the swipe card moment 🤔

If you have it pending for too long and you are sure it is a legitimate request for refund, you can ask for it from the App and then once submitted you will see in how many days it will be debited back if supplier do. It claim funds.
