  • (On)terechte kosten afgeschreven ondanks deal ?

Kan iemand mij vertellen waarom ik nu al abbonementskosten heb van 17,99 terwijl ik een deal zou genieten waarin ik 2 termijnen geen kosten zou hebben omdat ik een verzekering heb afgesloten bij lemonade onlangs ??

                I open a support request and they told me is not an available offer any more (I am on Easy Green).
                Maybe you are on another plan?
                Support also informed me that the article reporting all the uppers is not kept updated 🤔
