problem with transfer to uk account. the money sent thursday evening from another bank to my uk bunq account has not yet arrived. others come in 1h. what's going on?

              In the UK we have "faster payments" between regular Banks, but if you made an international payment it'd be processed on Friday and sent Monday.

              but, you made a patient from a "real" account to a cloud account.. Did you use the iban of the back account number and sort code? In any case you have somehow avoided the faster payment one. So you have to wait ⏳

                  the best thing is that bunq help hasn't replied since yesterday 📌 why is there help desk if they don't respond to messages.

                    Yeah it’s kinda annoying. Sometimes when my friend send me money from Revolut/Monzo (by fps) funds arrived in next 2-3 days. But sometimes in few hours. I dunno how it works.

                      I think it’s better to use bunq.me link if you need amount under €500 (as I remember limit properly)

                        @Katarzyna-Unicorn#244253 De helpdesk heeft het momenteel erg druk doordat er veel nieuwe bunq gebruikers zijn. Laat de chat open en sluit deze niet, dan komt er vanzelf een reactie!

                          @New-Red-Turtle-11851502#244539 Het ligt eraan of de banken zijn aangesloten bij het Instant Payments netwerk of niet. Zoja, dan wordt de transactie binnen enkele seconden gedaan, zoniet dan kan de transactie 1-2 werkdagen duren.
