  • SMS with code does not arrive

I just signed up for an account. However, when I enter my mobile number to secure my account, I never receive the SMS with my code to verify my number.

Any suggestions?

    @Jenksie#244314 Have you also set up your account on a different device? After you log in on a device, you have to wait 24 hours before you can login on a different device (for security reasons).

      @thijsoost#244329 Thanks for the message Thijs. No 24 hour cooling off period. I did try to delete the app and reinstall after I never received the SMS. I did get a cooling off period after reinstalling. But I have waited more than 24 hours. Still no SMS. BTW, you can't even add your number to verify during this period. I have a Danish number and live in Denmark. Maybe the automated call center can't compute that far north. Haha.

      In any case, really hard to justity keeping my account open if I the app can't even get this basic thing right.

        @Jenksie#244336 That's weird, I never had this problem and I always received the SMS. I guess @bunq is the only one that can help you?

          @thijsoost#244348 contacted help, and have been told that the developers are aware of my problem... whether something will be fixed and when is still a mystery
